• Checkable 10 year work history with criminality check and references (as required by UKAS)
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and a good timekeeper
• Observant and attentive
• Smart and clean appearance
• Common sense and a good practical approach
• Physically fit and non smoker
• Good telephone manner

Training and Development

Having selected the Security Officer most suited for your business requirements, he or she will then receive job training which covers the following:

• Every security guard will be sent on a St Johns ambulance first aid course
• One week induction course with one our managers
• Health and safety and fire prevention training
• Reports and record keeping
• Computer and general office skills
• CCTV monitoring
• Barrier control
